Fresh Fava Bean Hummus

Ingredients:
3 cups Fresh Fava beans, out of pods
2 Tbsp Tahini
Juice of 1 Lemon
1 - 2 cloves of Garlic
1 tsp of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar, BRAGGS)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Sea Salt

Directions: Boil Fresh Fava Beans for 5 - 6 mins in Salt Water then squeeze tender center from each seed. In food processor, processes garlic then add lemon, tahini, fava bean tender centers and ACV. Process until smooth then slowly add olive oil til it is your favorite smoothness. Add Garlic salt or sea salt to taste.
